Issues With Audio (I Know, I Know)

So when I read forums on how to fix audio issues they all say to do stuff with the 'Line' but I am not seeing this anywhere.

I dont have a 'line' in my sound devices anywhere when I have roxio plugged in.

Any help??

Look at my device manager, sound, video and game controllers.

 

Do you see a difference in the drivers installed for the RGC device?
