tsantee
The footage was shot high def and edited in premier. Are there settings to stop the fragmenting? There sometimes are problems when Toast's MPEG encoder has to rescale HD video to SD. Since yours didn't go well I suggest exporting from Premier as a full-quality QuickTime movie using the settings that appear in the attached graphic. Note that I also choose Progressive rather than Interlaced even though it will become interlaced by Toast's encoder. This has the benefit of reducing shaking or shimmering around areas of strong contrast.
