I'm hoping some of you might be able to help me. I'm sorry if what I present below is too much information but I wanted to give as much as possible to try and help diagnose the problem. I've just recently bought the Roxio Game Capture device which was quite easy to setup. But I think I haven't done it right or I am missing something as the quality of the videos I'm producing aren't brilliant and I'm sure I've seen better from this card on YouTube etc. First of all, a demo of the video quality can be seen here: https://rapidshare.com/files/3726828007/30-07-2012_01.avi
Green blue and red are in the correct sockets for the card (component video in) as are the audio red and white (component audio in). Audio out goes to my Turtle Beach X11 headset and the component out (using the leads that came with the capture card product) go to the component sockets in my TV. And of course, the USB goes to my PC. The audio in the video I think is fine but the video not so much.
The TV that I am using is an LG 37" HD LCD TV. Usually I go HDMI straight into my Xbox but of course now I am using the HD component cables for recording. The specs of my PC are:
As for the settings on the game capture software itself; I messed around with the settings in the beginning but in the end pretty much recorded which what was selected by default. Type was AVI and MSTSC.
Hopefully I've provided enough information. I will appreciate any help, thanks.

The console I am using this for is Xbox 360. I have my Xbox 360 setup to use 1080i for recording with the card. For data going to the card I am using this product: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Xbox-High-Definition-Component-Cable/dp/B000AYYADO/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1343756254&sr=8-2
