My Slide Shows Have Disappeared!

Question

I'm a complete and total newbie, so any help and/or direction is most appreciated. I searched the forums for help, but I couldn't find my particular problem. A year ago, I purchased the premium service to make two slide shows, one for each of my vacation rentals. I've been sending the link for them out to people who inquire about either property, and they've been viewed thousands of times--one of them over 14,000. When I signed up last year, I opted out of auto-renew because I wasn't sure if I would continue for another year, and I wanted to make up my own mind about it without their automatically re-upping me. I assumed that they would send me an email (or two or three or four) urging me to renew my subscription, but they didn't. Today, I went to my site for the first time in several months because I needed to edit some things, and--to my horror--discovered that the slide shows couldn't be played because my account has just expired in the last couple of weeks. The album covers for both of them still show, but when I clicked on each, I got messages that the account had expired. I immediately signed up to renew my premium service, and I got the email acknowledgement from the company. That's been a couple of hours ago, and now when I go to my site, I still see the album covers, but when I click on either of them, a blank video screen comes up, and the time at the bottom shows 0:00. These slide shows are critical to my rental business, and they took hours and hours to create. Have I forever lost them??? Or will it just take some time for the system to catch up with itself? Has anyone else had this experience? Thanks in advance for any help.
