As I recall there were notes for 11.0.6 in the installer window. But it doesn't really matter because I'm expecting the 11.1 Toast update early next week and there should be a lot that Roxio has to say about it.

Yes, there were notes in the installer window. I now want to go back and check whether the problem I was having with spanning in 11.0.5 was one of the problems addressed in 11.0.6 (hence the "go back and re-read" in my OP). The 11.0.6 installer is neither on the Toast software updates page, nor does it seem to be kept after being downloaded by Toast's internal update process. Not even in my Trash folder.

I know I could re-read the release notes by re-installing 11.0.4 and then forcing an update, but surely there should be a slightly more convenient method? Like on their Toast 11 Version History page. Which now appears to be of only historical interest itself.

Speaking of support information more generally, I did a couple of searches, for "release notes" and for "11.0.6" on the Toast Support page, without success.

While I was on that page I noticed that every link in the "Top Toast Support Notes" box on the page is broken, and redirects to a Page Not Found error page.

The broken links are due to Corel buying Roxio and porting over some of its pages and not others. There are many that need fixing. Try clicking the Feedback link in Toast Help, for instance.

Roxio should have put the 11.0.6 update on their software updates page but it turns out to be a good thing that 11.0.4 was retained instead. Many users found 11.0.6 unable to complete disc burns and had to revert to 11.0.4. We'll see how they handle 11.1.

I agree it makes sense that the 11.0.6 release notes should be available somewhere. I don't mean to be making excuses. I'm just explaining the way it is.

I couldn't find any release notes for 11.0.5 or 11.0.6 by searching the Corel knowledgebase pages for Toast, either. Those searches at least have some hits (unlike my search of Roxio's knowledgebase pages), but none of them in the least bit relevant.

Corel's Patches and Updates page doesn't have any links for Toast updates or update information. Corel's Roxio products page (such as it is) just has links going back to the roxio.com pages.

Corel announced the completion of the takeover of the Roxio products on 7 Feb 2102. It's not as though it only just happened.
