We are sorry for the inconvenience' after opening Roxio Creator 2010. Have done a re-install but it still appears. It's possible to drag the message out the way but would like to resolve it possible. Any help appeciated. Dan
sknis
Since the reinstall didn't work, there are a few things that should get you going again. 1) Uninstall Creator 2010 using either the Roxio full uninstall processor the free Revo Unstaller in the Moderate Mode (only). If you use Revo, now would be a good time to uninstall all those other programs that you don't use. 2) Update your computer using this guideline. 3) Use CCleaner (but not the registry cleaner) and Auslogics Defragger to get rid of all the junk files on your computer and to defrag the disk. Note: All three are free at cnet.com. Do not download any helpers there.. 4) Turn off your antivirus and reinstall the program. 5) Make sure your anti-virus does not include a registry cleaner; if it does, shut it off. Please let us know how you do. Edit: Also please let us know if you've made any changes to your computer between the time it worked and now.
