Cannot Convert Youtube Clip With Web Video

I have Toast 11.0.6 and have now found that I cannot convert YouTube clips with Web video. It was working a over a month ago, but now nothing shows up in the bottom right window where streaming video's appear. There's also no downloads shown in the Roxio Converted Items folder.

Can someone please advise what's happened (is there a breakdown in communication between Safari & Toast?) and what I need to change/ do to get it working again?

I'm not certain what's happening, either. When I go to Vimeo the Web Video capture works fine and I've had it work on some YouTube clips but not with most of them. I'm told Roxio is releasing a Toast 11 update in a few days and we'll see if that fixes the issue. Otherwise it may be you'll need to use something else.

 

There previously was a situation where an Adobe update to the Flash player plugin made it impossible for Toast to capture the flash-format web videos but that got resolved. Maybe it is back again. I just don't know.

Appreciate the update tsantee. I'll be patient and wait for the Toast 11 update before going into round 2; hopefully the problem will be fixed.

I sent this question to Roxio Support and they told me to pause the video, change the resolution, and start it up again.

 

Now works every time. Don't need to change the resolution if it initially starts up as it sometimes does..
