What Setting Do I Choose For The "purpose" When I Output My Video

AlwaysNeedHelp

Question

There are 3 options that i have been told to use:

DIVX HD 1080p@30fps

DIVX HD 720p@30fps

DIVX HD 720p@60fps

I already have a video uploaded in 1080p@30fps and it is good quality but many of the videos i have seen are at a 720p Max, is it best to upload in 720p? rather than 1080p for the best quality? and if it is, do I upload in in 720p@60fps or 720p@30fps?

Please reply and it will greatly appreciated!

I live in England and I record all of my videos in DIVX

Firstly the "Purpose" setting confuses me, i don't know what setting i need, the options are:

All

DivX

DV Output

AVC (H.264)

What one do i need? (For best quality as well)

Next is the boxes that i need to click, i don't know which one i need, the options are:

NTSC

PAL

Both

Next is "Video File Quality" What setting do i choose, I belive i need "DIVX HD 1080p@30fps" or is there a better one to choose for the best quality?
