I was having problems with Gracenote and then a problem with the key code for my RecordNow Music Lab 10 Premier. A support person named Vidya was working with me for several days and was very helpful.Then on this past Wednesday, my latest reply was answered by support services's Geno. He directed me to do the exact same thing I had been asked to do by Vidya the day before, and to which I had responded with the information she had requested. In my response to Geno, I gave him the info he requested and I pointed out that he was asking me to provide the same information that Vidya had asked me for and which I had provided. I also said that I was beginning to feel like I was going in circles and I asked if he had read any of the previous exchanges between Vidya and me in my case file. Yes, I bought Roxio PhotoShow two weeks ago and tried to burn a photoshow I created for my sons birthday so I could give him the disc. I got error messages and got the run around from customer support and also emailed them three days ago but have not heard anything. You know they sold the company to Corel. sknis Posted August 19, 2012 Report Share Posted August 19, 2012 cmjm, Do you be a little more specific about the problems you are having? Can you encode the project to wmv file or mpg2 file (step 3)? If it doesn't encode, we need to go back and look at the project itself. Many times issues are cause by the audio files. They do need to be mp3 or Apple type files and they cannot be DRM protected. A lot of people have issues with trying to use audio files from iTunes but those same work if they are no put into ITunes.
