I was wondering if anyone can help me? i have Installed teh DirectX and stuff but it still doesnt work D: Help me asap please!

That behaviour is 100% unacceptable on almost ANY forum. It wont get you help any bit faster, it will just end up with you getting a ban most likely. You were warned, learn some forum ethic.

 

Before you try the steps below:

"The d3dx9_33.dll error might be a fluke or one-time issue and a simple restart could clear it up completely. It's unlikely this will fix the problem, but restarting is always a good first troubleshooting step."

 

Anyway, with regards to your problem, try download the latest DirectX from microsoft, your version may be outdated:

If that doesnt work, completely reinstall your roxio game capture software. It may help to remove the drives manually in device manager before you do this.

 

Updating the driver for your video card may also help.
