Grzyb
Hi All, Had a weird one on a Client's machine today, Running Windows 7 Ultimate, Client Unable to save any Office Files Word/Excel/Powerpoint etc to her Documents Folder on the C-Drive, However was able to save said files onto another D-Partition.... After hours of tests/asking what she had installed etc, the issue was narrowed down to Roxio Creator 2012 Pro, Once uninstalled All was like before she could save again to the Documents Folder.... Is this a known issue & If so what is the Workaround, If any, Thanks for any advice, much appreciated Grzyb
0 Jim_Hardin
You are the ONLY person who has mentioned this and the program has been released for a Year now... There is no such thing as MS Office 2012... There is a 2010 and an upcomming 2013 to be released 3rd Quarter of 2012 or 1st Qtr of 2013... If they are running an Office 2013 beta, it needs to be reported to MS!
0 Grzyb
Sorry about that, Title should've read Office 2010 not 2012, my mistake... However, the problem/issue is still the same.... On researching on Google, there are quite a few People with the same Error, with other people Having the same issues with Roxio Creator 2012 Pro, once uninstalled they are also able to save MS files Again to the default C Documents Folder, the issues also Affect saving JPEG's as well, basically anything to The documents Folder, I'm not saying it's totally Roxio's fault, Could be MS playing silly buggers as well It's just a shame that one program had to go & it had to be Roxio I'm afraid....!!!! 0 Jim_Hardin
Not really... I had Office 2010 throughout beta testing as well as for a year now. I can save anything where ever I want to. Again, were it as common as you imply, don't you thing someone would have posted here by now? These forums are not frequented by Roxio people but rather just users. If you want to report you should do so, although it seems MS Office Tech Support would be the best choice
0 Antonio19
I have encountered the same problem where I cannot save anything on drive C: after installing 2012 and I am also have MS office 2010 installed. Still no solution. I have even formatted my computer and reinstalled everything and is not until after I install Roxio I encounter the "No more file" error. I had Roxio 2011 and MS Office 2010 and had no issues. When I upgraded to Roxio 2012 is when I started getting the error. Still looking...
