I bought this software two weeks ago and created a Photoshow. I wanted to download it to a disc and give it to my son for his birthday. I followed the directions and it took 9 hours and then I received error FFFFBSad18775826735. I tried calling customer support and got the run around. Then I emailed them three days ago and have not heard back.Is this company for real?

You double posted and I responded to the other post.

 

The first thing to try is to re-download and reinstall PhotoShow. There is no need to uninstall the previous version but do turn off your anti-virus during the install.

 

There you say you cannot burn to a disc. Can you encode (burn) to a video file (step 3) - wnv or mpg?

Are you using any video files?

What size are the images? How many and what format?

What are you using for audio files - mp3 or Apple format are the only ones that work. Files stored in ITunes many times give problems. DRM protected files will also screw uo.

What are you seeing in the progress window?

 

Can you tell us about your computer? Make and model if it is a commercial one.

 

The on-line PhotoShow was broken for a couple of days and support may have thought that your problem was related.

 

If you try these suggestions and provide us with the result and the information requested, we're pretty good as solving problems.
