Click OK to close the application. I am running Window 7 Professional OS and Roxio Creator 2012 Starter Version. The install tries to uninstall / re-install the but the error keeps coming back at reboot. Jim_Hardin
Why don't you do a search to see if that exe is even present on your PC??? Then check your startup items (msconfig) and uncheck it. Roxio does not provide support for the Dell OEM, that comes from Dell
DusytyCamel
This file is part of the Roxio/Sonic software that was left after uninstalling Roxio. To remove the file, click on the Windows 7 Start icon and search for "RoxWatchTray" in the search box at bottom. If present on your system, the complete file name (RoxWatchTray120EM.exe) will soon appear at the top. Right click on that file and select Delete. Exit the menu.
