Serial Number Will Not Register For Bundled Toast

I purchased Toast 11 in April 2012 as a part of a MacLegion bundle. The serial number was provided for registration. My Mac's hard drive recently crashed (software+hardware)so bad that I'm having to do a manual reinstall. I downloaded Toast 11 from the install disc and tried to enter the same serial number that I used to install the app months ago. The registration dialogue box will not accept it. I've tried to find help in the Corel/Roxio mixture, but no success.

 

Where can I get a solution to this problem?

You'll need to contact Roxio's customer service about this. If you have the Toast application in a backup it might work just to copy it over from the backup rather than using a new installation. I've found that Toast often remembers its registration key when doing it this way. Did you register Toast? If so, your registration key is in your account sign-in page here on Roxio's site. I don't know if that's different from the number provided when purchased.

 

If Roxio blocked your registration key then only they can unblock it.
