Need Help With Roxio For Ps3

hey guys i have recently purched a roxio game cap for my ps3 and now its not working i have all the cabes that came with it and the ps3 component cables i says it is on and there is a green light on the roxio and theni go to change from hdmi to composit and it doesnt work and everything is setup properly do use have any ideas why this is happening. please reply

press the ps3 power button for like 10 seconds when u first start up the ps3 ! try it ..

go display settngs and then u change the video output to 1080i ! isnt this in the manual .. the video manual i meant

step two : Press and hold your ps3 power button for like 5 to 10 seconds .

if its no signal .. go to options and change the tv ouput to ntsc
