0 Brendon
Yes it does. Magic Jack isn't compatible with it. Unplug Magic Jack when you want to install or use the Roxio program. 0 sknis
Add Creator Classic as step 1? Since that doesn't make sense that means that the Op hasn't tried it so, this thread sounds like spam to me. Sounds like a MagicJack employee or a full time spammer. 0 fouadkrayem
Mr. Digital Guru, The post is not a spam but real. I encountered the problem on my PC and reached to solution while trying one step at a time. The reason why I posted it is: MagicJack, upon installation puts himself as allowed in Windows Firewall, Maybe, Roxio Gugus can include such a step in their installation too and eliminate the surprises and hassle. Thank you for unfair remark. Regards,

Regards, I have no idea what a Roxio Gugus is, but why in the hell would Roxio include anything about Magic Jack in the instructions for the installation of the Roxio software? Maybe you should contact Magic Jack about THEIR problem. They supposedly were working on their problem, with other software, besides Roxio software, 4 years ago! It would appear that they didn't get squared away with MS, either.
