Cairrnzy

Question

I am looking for some help with my current Roxio Game Capture device, I have set it all up perfect, the video is working fine but when i go to Options>Audio Input>Device there is no option to choose "Line (Roxio Game Capture)" Only Internal And External Microphones can be selected, I would be very greatful if someone could help find a solution to my problem Thanks, Jamie.

It looks like the Audio driver may not have loaded correctly.

Plug in the device. When you see the 1 entry right click it and choose Uninstall.

Now do you maybe see another entry somewhere else that has a yellow exclamation mark by it?

If so then unplug the device and see if it goes away.If it does plug the device back in and when it reappears Uninstall it also.

Next unplug the device and reboot.

Once you're up again put in your Roxio disc and when the choices come up choose Repair.

Once the repair runs then plug in the device and see if you get 2 Roxio entries or just the one.
