sknis Posted August 29, 2012 Report Share Posted August 29, 2012 Sounds like a bad install. First turn off your anti-virus and put the program disc into your computer. Try the repair if you get that option. If repair doesn't work, make sure you check the following to make sure that your new computer is up to date, uninstall Creator 2011 using this Roxio procedure or use Revo Uninstaller (Moderate Mode only), keep that anti-virus off and re-install.
