Roxio Wont Record - [Not Responding]

I bought my Roxio today, and I've hooked the wires up and stuff fine. When I come to the computer and try and press "Capture" it loads the next screen up, but then freezes and says not responding.

I've attached a picture below to show whats going on.

Yeah but I'm not sure if I do meet them, I'm not the best with computers

Get a friend/neighbor/co-worker who has some basic computer knowledge come over to help.
