Ok! Last Resort - Creator 2011 Pro Will Not Install

I have tried several times to install Creator 2011 Pro on a Dell xps 8300 with Windows 7 Home Prem. 64bit with no success. In reviewing other postings I have tried the Direct X bat file and have turned off all startup items. The install only makes it about 3/4 complete and then starts the rollback process.

 

This is the last screen I get before the rollback starts.

If anybody can help I have attached the log file (CD Key blocked)

There is no attached image, and there is no attached log file.

 

If you try the log file again, don't copy and paste it!
