Niveus
Hi all, I just purchased Creator Pro 2012 less than 2 weeks ago, and since then NXT the newer version has been released. My question is, do I get free upgrade entitlement to NXT Pro as part of my very recent Creator Pro 2012 ? Also, with the Creator Pro 2012, how do I do the followings ? 1. Ripping the content of DVD and transfer it to a USB thumb drive for portable player ? 2. The same as the above but for CD music. Thanks for your assistance and look forward to some positive responses. Regards, Niveus
sknis
1) You will have to contact Roxio/Corel (sales) to see what they will do for you. 2) If the DVD is a commercial DVD then it is DRM protected and it is illegal to do so. Creator 2012 will not do so. Didn't you get a copy of the DVD to put on a different device when you bought it? If it is not a protected DVD, use "Video Copy and Convert" under the video tab. 3) Use "Batch Convert and Copy" under the music tab to convert the ripped files to mpg3 (or other) and to copy the music to a thumb drive. See image for location.
