Roxio Game Capture Very Loud & Staticy

Hello I'm new here but each time I record something off my PS3 its VERY loud, when I play Uncharted 3 and shoot it is staticy, and when I jump and my character jumps and makes noises its also very staticy. I really have no idea what the problem is, my computer is here ---> http://www.walmart.c...roduct Reviews. The specs are on that page. Help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for the double thread I was lagging and I thought I didnt post anything.
