Sense Key = Medium Error?

Try to duplicate discs, but keep getting this message:

sense key = Medium error

Sense Code = 0x 73, 0x03

 

What does this mean? I can't burn anything here...

It usually means the blank disc you are using is not fully compatible with the optical drive's firmware. The disc is the "medium". The drive reports the error to Toast. You can try with a different brand of discs, you can try with a lower burn speed, and/or you can try by first choosing Save as Disc Image and then burning the resulting .toast file to the new disc using the Image File setting in the Toast Copy window.
