Problem Installing Roxio Capture Program

Hello, i bought a Roxio Capture Card for Consoles, it arrived today, i installed capturer driver w/o any problem, but when i tried to install the Roxio Capture Program, i was asked to install .NET Framework 3.5, i accepted, but after a few moments the installer close saying it was interupted.

i tried several times getting the same error, then i noticed that .NET Framework 3.5, was SP1 version, im currently on a PC with XP SP3, so i looked around but couldnt find any .NET 3.5 for SP3.

I couldnt find Spoiler button, but im leaving Log thing that is made after failing the installion.

Any kind of help is really appreciated, Thanks

What does that exactly mean?

Try this..

1. Uninstall all Roxio Game Capture Applications from Control Panel, Add Remove Programs

2. Uninstall all .NET versions from Control Panel, Add Remove Programs

3. Delete cache/temp files from hard drive manually

1) Close all Programs

2) Run Disk Cleanup: Start> All Programs> Accessories> System Tools> Disk Cleanup

3) Click once to highlight ‘Temporary Internet Files’

4) Click ‘View Files’ button

5) Delete all the files and folders you see there (disk cleanup failed to delete these).

6) Click Start, Run, type %temp% click OK, click edit, select all, click file, click delete

4. Download and install XML 4 SP3

a. http://www.microsoft...;displaylang=en

5. Download and install .NET 3.5 SP1

a. http://www.microsoft...;displaylang=en

6. Copy files from Disc to hard drive. If downloaded extract them to folder on hard drive using Winzip or WinRar.

a. If files don't copy or extract you have a bad disc/download. You'll need to contact the vendor for a replacement.

7. Run installation from hard drive.
