Sonic Digitalmedia Plus V7 Burning Mp3S In Alphabetical Order

Mock26

Question

As the topic says, my DigitalMedia Plus v7 is burning MP3s in alphabetical order. I am trying to burn some songs onto a disc using the Jukebox feature and no matter what order I put the songs in they are burned in alphabetical order. Is there anyway to change this so that it will burn the songs in the listed order? Thanks!

Wow, that is an old piece of software (2006-2007). What you see is Windows way of listing data files to be put on a disc. mp3s are data files.

Usually, the only way around it is to rename the mp3s. Newer Roxio software has a function to rename them automatically; I don't know if that is available in your version. It would be under properties or options. Your best bet is to add a 3 digit number (ex 001,002, etc) to the names of the mp3 files to get them on the disc in the order you want.
