I spent a lot of time to try to fix a crash at startup.
I was using 11.0.4, and since I upgrade to Mountain Lion, I was unable to launch Toast. So I couldn't update it neither as there was no standalone version.
Thanks to one post, I finally find a standalone 11.1 version on Macupdate website but it doesn't solve the problem.
As Toast works for other people, I finally though that it was maybe because Toast was in a subfolder in the Application folder. And that's it!
Could you please fix this bug in a future version (or at least put a warning).
