Installation Rolls Back At Microsoft .net Framework 3.5 Sp1

Ok im running Windows 7

So when im installing the RGC captureing program the bar will stop and sit there.....

So far ive had no luck with supports help, like trying to uninstall Framework 3.5 SP1 which im pretty sure you cant on Windows 7

I repaired both of the Framework programs in my Programs.... Still no luck

Ive tryed some other things people have posted around the internet but those where for other roxio programs, but the same deal with framework.... Nothing.

So I dont know what to do from this point out

If ANYONE has a solution I can post my Log if anyone knows

ok so im stuck at the part on disk cleanup?

ok so when I install .NET 3.5 SP1 it closes out of the wizard and says " To install go to Turn Windows features on or off " so whats the problem here?

Ok so i finished all the things the link said to do......... and I think i did it right but it didnt work

it still rolls back on .NET 3.5 SP1
