i had my game capture for xbox360 and ps3

 

i try to make the cd work it stops i dont no y but

 

and i connect the the xbox360 and the ps3 the tv go black

 

 

plz help i lost the key or its on the cd

can i buy a new cd ???

You can contact their customer support and they can look up the key with the S/N via the bottom of the device. Then from there, they can help you get back on track.

If it works on your brothers computer so we know the Roxio program is good.
