Toast 11 Won't Accept A Video_Ts Folder

I have a VIDEO_TS file on my Mac that plays okay using DVD Player. However, when I try to burn the same file on Toast 11, it gives me an error that the VIDEO_TS file is bad and will not accept the file. If it plays okay with DVD Player, is the file really bad or is there something wrong with Toast 11?

If you're convinced the VIDEO_TS folder is okay, then alternatively you may choose to burn using the Data>DVD-ROM (UDF) setting. Toast won't check the video, thus not reject it on content.
