Bought Toast 11 Pro But Can Only Download And Run Toast 11

Hopefully there is an easy way around this problem.

Yesterday I bought Toast 11 Pro. I have a confirmation email with serial numbers for Toast 11 Pro, plus for a load of plugins and additional software. I've downloaded a .dmg file but it only installs Toast 11, so when I try to burn a Blu-Ray disc it asks me to buy plugins I thought I'd already bought.

I'm guessing its a simple case of entering my serial numbers somewhere so that I can enable Toast 11 PRo and all its HD functionality but I cant find anywhere to do it. Can anyone help?

Toast 11 Pro is the regular Toast with the Blu-ray plugin and some extra third=party apps. The Blu-ray plugin installer (and the extra apps installers) are separate. Find the Blu-ray plugin installer that is included with your Toast 11 Pro download and run it. It also has its own registration key.

OK. Is this after I have installed the app from the .dmg file and a folder appears in my applications called Toast 11 Titanium? Because if it is , I cant see anything like that in this folder. All I can see are the following...Disc Cover, DiscCatalogueMaker, Get Backup, Mac2Tivo, Spin Doctor, Tivo Transfer, Toast Titanium

When I got Toast 11 Pro there were two downloads. One was what you're describing and the other was the Pro add-ons. Did your confirmation email include the Blu-ray plugin registration key? I think you need to take this up with Roxio's customer service. There must be a link somewhere in the confirmation email.

Yes I think I'll do that as I'm not sure the install has worked properly. I do have a confirmation email with all the serial numbers for the Pro add-ons
