Question

I have a new problem just to go with the others lol!. burning to folder set and also to dvd the following box appears.

micro visual C++ Runtime Libary

Program C:\program files (x86) Roxio 2011\video UI\video wave 13 exe

Plus the usual this app has requested etc etc

This programme has been slowly dying a bit at a time I am sure that if I re-installed it would be better but having previously so much hassle with an install I have been loathe to

is there a quick fix for this runtime error ?

It would seem that nobody knows what the runtime error box is or if there is a fix available and or whether it comes from microsoft or not.

No I haven't thanks for the link. To be honest NXT pro is probably mid atlantic and I am expecting it here in a couple of days. It is that I have just finished a project in VW and run into problems with the burn if you remember it all started a while ago with not being able to ISO but now it is also the file folder and burn to DVD that spits errors, however I managed to get it onto a disk via export to mpg2 then burnt that on my Mac, a bit of a long winded thing but I at least have it on disk. I am certain that if I had not bought NXT then I would have had to re-install. I am just hoping that having a hard copy the install will be less stressful than last time. Thanks for your concern
