bimicher
roxio easyCD&DVD burning Is it the "red box" version designed for W7? What operating system do you have? From where did you buy the package?
Tommy18
It is the redbox version for Windows 7, Vista and XP. I bought it from a Post Exchange store.
Brendon
Tommy, Is the error you see just a simple "cannot be loaded", or does it say "found but cannot be loaded" ? If it says "found but cannot be loaded" do you use more than one language on your machine? Brendon
Tommy18
Just says "cannot be loaded"
Brendon
Okay thanks. I had a cause and cure for "found but cannot be loaded" only.
Jim_Hardin
...and the Win7 installed language??? (probably not relevant but it was asked ) At this point I think the best guess would be the old standby of Repair: First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc., insert your Roxio Disc - run Install. When you reach the screen where Repair is offered, choose that! When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot. With a little luck that will do the trick!
