Toast Looses File Locations

Nearly every time I load a previous Toast file to burn a music CD, it cannot find every single song file and I have to tell the system where every one is located, even though they are stored in the same location. This has been the case with Toast 10, 9, and 8 as well. It's annoying. Is there a solution to this? Example screen shot attached.

You could choose Save as Disc Image to create a .sd2f file that includes all the audio. There must be some subtle change (such as a modified date) with the file or possibly an enclosing folder that keeps Toast from finding the exact file match. Just guessing, though.
