YES you can and here is what will happen...

 

It will delete most of the Creator 2012 Suite programs that are included with NXT.

 

The WinDVD that is part of NXT will not play BluRay or any Commercial DVD :huh:

 

But if you have CinePlayer BD installed, it will leave it alone ;)

 

For once it is BEST not to remove a previous version of Roxio for the install of NXT.

Just to help my fuzzy old brain a bit and I refer to NXT pro here. Are you saying that without another application I will not be able to play DVD's. My copy is

en-route right now and I would just like to clarify what you state above.

Do you? You should have CinePlayer installed from your Creator 2010 (?). It will not be deleted so you can use that to play commercial DVDs. WinDVD will play ONLY the files and DVDs that YOU make.

 

DO NOT uninstall your previous version.

 

NXT will uninstall and upgrade what needs to be upgraded.

 

Note: If you use Media Manager, it is now reached from the tools menu on the home page.
