Mkv Video File: Only Audio

Hi there,

I want to convert a MKV video file but Popcorn 4 (v 4.0.2) is unable to render the image, only audio (see screenshot).

The mKV video file works pervect in VLC,

any suggestion?

I can't be certain from your screenshot if the video starts with a few seconds of black screen or if the black is throughout. If it is the former you can click on the thumbnail and drag using the scroll bar that appears to select a different frame for the menu. If it is the latter then it might help to use a different application such as MPEG Streamclip that does see the video and save it again as a new file. That might fix what Toast isn't reading correctly.
