tsantee Posted October 2, 2012 Report Share Posted October 2, 2012 I can't be certain from your screenshot if the video starts with a few seconds of black screen or if the black is throughout. If it is the former you can click on the thumbnail and drag using the scroll bar that appears to select a different frame for the menu. If it is the latter then it might help to use a different application such as MPEG Streamclip that does see the video and save it again as a new file.
