Software Not Responding



I just got the capture card. I have everything set up properly as far as i know. I installed the software but when i click on the desktop icon, the window appears white and blank and has the loading symbol on my cursor. It just stays that way until i click on it and it says that "Roxio GameCapturePad is not responding". I've tried reinstalling/uninstalling and repairing it multiple times but to no avail. The device manager looks the way its supposed to.


Any help would be awesome.
