Mydvd: Where Is "generate Chapter Menus...link" Button Box?

The help section under "Adding and Removing Chapters" refers to creating a submenu with chapter buttons by selecting a check box called, "Generate chapter menus and link to selected button". For the life of me I can't find such a check box. Where is it, and how do I make a submenu showing the chapters on the DVD?
