Update: Roxio And Xsplit

Not sure if this should be posted here for in General Discussion but it DOES seem things are being done to make things work using the Roxio Game Capture HD Pro and xSplit streaming software.

 

 

So this is GREAT news and a step in the right direction.

So keep calm gamers, a fix seems to be in the works.

This is so needed and should be top priority. The product is solid for a solid price.. but not being able to easily work with Xsplit turns alot of people off I spoke to.. and it frustrates me also. I have to be able to use Xsplit when i stream for my own reasons etc.. but if they go ahead and make this communicate with xsplit correctly.. it will be a huge win for this device.. and more will purchase it.

i really wish Xsplit would get this done already. have to be honest streaming through the roxio is crappy.. it degrades over time when live.. start's nice and clear but 20 mins into it you can se ethe bit rate has declined alot.

 

The cap card is good .. but streaming while using xsplit can make things so much better.

same here. I can stream at better bitrate with xsplit then roxio software.

OMG FINALLY i was about ready to throw this roxio away. i have never been more aggravated with a product before! i hope this update comes soon. and that it actually works!!

I am Totally Freaking stoked about this, no bad intentions to roxio, but ive had my fair share of minor issues with the roxio capture card and pc gaming not so much with xbox.

Link to an xsplit forum that updates this topic a bit so that we know only 2 days ago they are still working on it but hopefully it will be out in a week or two or a beta test for it.
