I have been reading over alot of posts and thought that maybe if we had some guidelines on how to post a problem, it could help people answer and help users out.
So far what i have put together is.
[Windows Version]
[Computer Specs (Ram, Processor, etc]
[How is your Roxio Game Capture HD Pro Connected?]
[Roxio Settings (Post your settings like bitrate, input and resolution)]
[Do you have SP1 installed or not]
[What .NET is installed]
[Do you have any codec packs installed]
this is all i have came up with, maybe other Gurus and users can throw other things in this list that would help use help you.
Then when we agreed on the list/guidelines, maybe we can get them sticked for people to use for posting problems.
just and idea.

NOTE: This is not the final post i would want sticked. once all the info is collected on things that can help us answer. I would make a thread with walkthroughs on how to supply the info for users who are not that keen on PC using.
