Status: Ready But No Preview Screen

Ive set my roxio hd pro exactly as the guide states but when i launch the capture section of the software no preview screen is shown. The audio can still be heard but there is no preview whatsoever. sometimes it will quickly show up but then disappear again. ive re-installed but to no avail. Help greatly needed.

Thanks for the link but I've tried those ideas & nothings changing. Sometimes it comes on for 2 seconds but disappears again & also it will capture but the preview doesnt show. I think its also causing my cpu to spike.

My comp specs are :-

Acer Aspire i5 450m

Intel graphics

4gb ram
