Can't Complete A Video Photo Show

I have made a number of slide shows, but now have made a video that won't complete with the phrase "It appears you didn't finish the last Photo show you created. Click OK to open it or click cancel to make a new Photo Show." I clicked and it won't open so I am stuck with no place to go. Any suggestions?

What happens when you click to make a new slide show?

 

If you are still stuck, download PhotoShow v6 from your members page and install it. There is no need to uninstall what you already have on your computer.

Thanks for the reply. When the problem occurred, I downloaded Version 6, thinking that would help. It did not. I still get the same "did not finish..." message and furthermore, it gives me the same message when I attempt to make any other further shows, either slides or movies. I am stuck in neutral.

Did you install it with your anti-virus OFF?

 

Have you deleted all your TEMP and tmp files. CCleaner (free) would be a good tool. Don't use the registry cleaner part of it.

 

Your photoshows should be on your computer in this location: "C:\Users\(subfolders if any) \Documents\My PhotoShows" or just search for "Photoshows" See if you can find them. Is there one that matches the PhotoShow that you were working on? If so delete it and try again.

 

Since you are "stuck". use the Free "Revo Uninstaller" in the moderate mode to uninstall V6. Try again. Try reinstalling V6.

 

I'm just guessing at fixes and at what Tech Support might tell you. I have not seen that error message so I have no first hand knowledge of a repai.
