Unsure How It Would Work With My Tv. Help?

Okay, so I've been researching about how to set up the Roxio Game Capture card with the Xbox 360 to the PC and TV. There's five colors that are plugged into the Roxio which is fine, but then plugging the others into my TV is where the issue is. I only have three colors on my TV, and it is a HDTV. I have red, white and another one, forgotten the colour. Any help?

Only red, white and yellow (propably) connections on your HD TV? That is not possible if you have a HD TV. What is the make/model of that TV.

Well, it's a HD Ready TV and it plays 720p. It's a Digihome. I'm not sure on model numbers etc... Maybe the fact it's a HD Ready TV is why there's not the other component ports?

 

Infact, according to my Xbox Settings, I'm on 1080i. It had a HDMI port on it.

Do you have a Scart connection?. Maybe something like this would work for you.

After looking around it looks like those sets are sold in the UK and have Scart connections.At least a couple I looked at online did.
