Picture In Gamecapture Sw, But Only Colors On Monitor

Hi all,

 

we try to setup the Game Capture HD Pro on PC.

 

We use a AMD Radeon Graficcard with HDMI port and a DELL 24" mointor (16:10, 1900x1200) with DVI conector. We have the correct cables. When we connect the monitor via HDMI-DVI cable to the PC every thing works fine.

Then we connect the PC to the GC-Box (HDMI-HDMI Cable) we can see the pic of the pc on the 2nd pc in the gamecapture sw. But when we connect the monitor to the HDMI out of the GC-Box we see only some colors on the monitor. We have tried to reduce the resolution, but no effect.

If I followed all of that... Note that the Roxio GameCAP Software must be running on Monitor 1

 

Also, the USB must be connected to the GameCAP box for the Pass-through to function...

 

Othewise a picture or two would be great (doesn't have to be real good, just good enough to convey the idea)

Well... This seems to be a similar problem like over here... So there are more poeple having the problem, than I thought. Maybe Roxio should fix this somehow...

It is not a Roxio issue...
