Disappointed

Salamanca

Question

Ever since I bought this product, it's been nothing but problems.

The ad since it comes with everything you need, which is a complete lie because you still need to buy the cables seperately. I recorded and tried to export but it keeps giving me an "rendering error" and before that error occurs the screen of my laptop flashes like crazy, the sometimes the program simply crashes and closes.

NOTHING indicates anything other than a USB Cable is included... If you saw anything other that that, please post the Source.

(also note the 'note' at the bottom of the next pic)

Likewise your Lap must meet all of the System Requirements to work, not some, not most :D

Please list you Lap's specs in detail, like you see in my signature block. It is probably OK, but I want to cover all bases while we are working with you on this!

Rendering is CPU/GPU intensive and that means HEAT  Make sure your Lap is sitting where it can cool itself as intended and is plugged in to an Outlet and not running on battery.

The first thing you should try is a proper repair. Please perform the the following steps, in order and completly!

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Remove the Capture Device and place it in another room!

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

Check for updates when you start the program.

Let us know how that works out ;)
