Zillaitor
I got the Roxio gamecap hd pro for use with my 2 gb RAM pc to stream some video games but could barely get a steady stream working. It was laggy/choppy for the duration of the stream even on the lowest settings 420p/1000 bitrate. I also changed the server location to the one with the best pings using jtvping. My dload speed is 9.6 mbps and upload is 0.96 mbps which isn't great but should have been sufficient but still failed me. Its been pretty frustrating thus far and just wanted to ask if there was something I haven't done that I can do better. Thanks.
Theturk
It's not enough upload speed. 1000 bitrate means u use 1mbps of upload speed which is all you have, the suggested speeds are to use almost 0.5 mbps less than your regular Upload speed. So to be able to stream you need faster internet.
