Southern Anita
Is there a way to combine several PhotoShows into one? I upgraded to Premium. I know I could do this on the old version. I created smaller shows to keep up with my travels and would like to combine them into one and not lose the music, photos, etc.
sknis
Is the old version PhotoShow version 5? If so, you can still use that on your computer. I don't know of any way to combine PhotoShows except by using other software. If you have the PhotoShows on your computer or can download them, then in the share part of the program, you can select to output them to a video file. With other software, you can combine the video files and burn them onto one disc or whatever scheme you are going to use to share the PhotoShows. Do you have any video editing programs on your computer? There may be something in Microsoft tools that you can use to burn the discs.
Southern Anita
Thank you for your reply. I have the old version 5 and the new version both on my pc. So I can open or pull in the new photoshows created in the premium version into the old version 5? I did save them as wave files on my pc as well. I do not have any other photo editing tools that I am aware of. I did have a problem uploading one of my photoshows online as well......I think it is because some of the pictures were ones I copied from the internet and not pictures I actually took. sknis
Try it, what do you have to lose? I don't remember being able to combine the PhotoShows but if you say you could, you might be right. Wave files are audio files so you could not have saved the PhotoShows as wav files and retain the video. Are you thinking wmv (Windows Media Video)? Did you look at the link (blue text) in my first reply?
Southern Anita
Thanks! I will give it a try after work....I meant wmv. Worse case is I just do a whole new photoshow. Thanks again!
Southern Anita
Just thought I would let you know. I saved the individual wmv files to my hard drive and then burned them into one cd and it works great.
