In post #1 you said that Justin accepts your username and password and now you are claiming that Justin says it is incorrect? So which is it?

you guys read it wrong.. he was saying all along his username and password work on justin tv and twitch just fine..

but when he enters that info through the ROXIO equipment something prevents it from going through.

Maybe so, but the link, in Post #2, refers to a thread where folks could not type in their full user name. The way I read it, in Post #3, Radicaly XBL can.

Yes that is what I am reading here too

Radicaly XBL: We know of the 8 character limit that some are seeing... I wonder how close you are to that limit?

You also understand that if you are experiencing that limit, you can keep typing, but it isn't recording anything :o

So if your user name was "1234567890" and you typed it into Roxio it might only be transmitting "12345670" or something like that...

I don't have this issue so I am only guessing here ;)

You defiantly want to contact Tech Support on this as well!!! (can't fix what no one complains about :D )

Edit: OH! :o I just saw Ivan's lastest response about DPI...

Make sure you are running your at 100% DPI... To check/change, just Right Click on your desktop and click on 'Screen Resolution'

Then click on Display at the top...

And there you can check or change the setting... 100% is what you must be running at!

Try that out and let us know! ;)
