Disc Drive Not Working At This Time

hi, so i have just received my Roxio game capture hd pro in the mail and noticed there was a installation dvd. Sadly at this time my disc drive is not working, is there a way i could download the program by using my serial key? I am in the process of getting my disc drive fixed but I was wondering if there was a way i can go about not needing the disc drive.

any help would be nice.

Maybe you can contact roxio on their facebook page. just write your problem on the wall and they will give you an email adress you can mail your problem to.

 

I don't know how to slove this problem but maybe they know.

 

I say this because this forum is not that fast ;-)

Take the disc to a friends house,copy it to a flash/pen drive and try installing from there.

... or borrow an external disc drive from a friend that you can hook up to your USB or eSATA.
