At least not as far as game playing goes. ;)

Now if you are trying to use it to copy a movie or other protected material, not going to happen :(

Ah! Much clearer to me now. I am not a game player so a lot of this is foreign to me :D:lol: (sorry)

The connections indicate that a PS3 is to be connected using Component Video Connections???

If you are running some sort of converter/adapter that could be the problem :glare:

Well it picks up that the input is HDMI but i only have 2 Hdmi cables and a component cable that came with the PS3.

Which only has the red, white, yellow. not the red, blue, green. so i cant do the optional hook up.

That is not Component

Yellow, White & Red are composite...

I am hoping someone that actually has a PS3 will jump in here and bail me out

These pics are from a TV, but note how the Component are listed as PR, PB & Y

whereas Composite are not marked, other than by thier color:

You will need to connect from the PS3 to the Roxio HD with the HDMI...

USB from the Roxio HD to your PC...

And HDMI from the Roxio HD Pass Through to your TV...

Does that make sense??? ;)
