How To Change An Email Address With Roxio

Anyone else have this problem? After 15 years my email address is being terminated.

 

I have tried to get Roxio to change me email address to my new one yet I can not find a way to do it.

 

I search the knowledge base and it is no where to be found.

 

They will not permit me to send them an email asking how to change it.

 

When I try to ask they refer me back to the knowledge base.

 

When I try to do it through my account it always says: "There was an error in reseting your password. Please try again later."

 

Anyone have suggestions?

When I try to change mine I get your password is invalid!

 

I will report it to a administrator.

I get the same.
